Lanre Olusola is acclaimed as Africa’s foremost Life Coach and Cognitive Behavioral Psychologist. He is the Chief Catalyst at the Olusola Lanre Coaching Academy (OLCA).

Lanre Olusola is popularly known as The Catalyst. He is also an author and Executive Director of Ebony Life TV.

Lanre Olusola Background

Named Olanrewaju Christopher Olusola at birth, Lanre Olusola was born on the 30th of August 1962, to the family of late Christopher and Caroline Kupoluyi, in Ekiti State, Nigeria. He hails from Ekiti State but schooled outside Ekiti state.

Lanre Olusola had his secondary education at Igbobi College, Yaba, Lagos, then proceeded to the University of Lagos (UNILAG), where he obtained a B.Sc. (Hons) in Structural Engineering and Project Management in 1990.

Other Certifications

Lanre Olusola is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, Boston Massachusetts USA. He studied Governance for Organizational Excellence; Business Strategy in the institution.

Also, in 2011, he enrolled at Harvard University, where he obtained a certificate in Performance Management for Organizational Excellence.

In 2007, Mr. Olusola obtained a Master’s degree in Coaching and Behavioral Change Psychology from Henley Business School. He is currently running his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University.

He is married to Modupere Olusola, and they are blessed with two children.

Mr. Olusola is a certified life coach with years of experience and expansive studies in the fields of Psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Performance Improvement Management, Human Cognitive Behavioral Psychology, Meta Medicine, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Matrix Reimprinting, e.t.c.

He has worked with several organizations within Nigeria and across Africa. Some of these organizations include the World Bank, the UK Government through the DFID and the British Council, Ericsson, Total, Argentil Capital, EbonyLife TV, GTBank, First Bank Plc, Stanbic IBTC, FCMB, FBN Capital, The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), the Nigerian Government, e.t.c.

Lanre Olusola is also the Executive Director of Ebony Life Television. He contributes weekly to the Guardian Nigeria Newspaper, where he writes articles with the aim of transforming readers’ lives. In 2006, Lanre founded the Life Coaches Association of Nigeria (LCAN).
